Was that post title a stretch? The first week in April we took a day trip to Florence, Alabama, to visit relatives on Matt's side of the family, Aunt May and Cousin Vanessa (AKA "V"). Matt, Grandma Doe (Matt's mom), Molly Ruth, and I all went together and had a wonderful day.

We ate lunch at a delightful Mexican restaurant called Rosie's in downtown Florence and then went for a stroll afterward.
Lastly, we stopped at Trowbridge's Ice Cream Bar to cool down before heading home...

I'm so glad we got to visit and can't wait to visit again!
